The Alexander Technique

The Alexander Technique helps musicians improve the quality of the physical movement involved in playing a musical instrument or singing. It can help musicians avoid injuries caused by repetitive motions, which ultimately benefits the music itself.

Kevin Natoli is a certified instructor of the Alexander Technique. He came to the Alexander Technique while pursuing his undergraduate degree at the Boston Conservatory. He was facing physical pain from playing trumpet and enrolled in a semester AT course. What he learned changed the way he approached trumpet playing. He enrolled in the AT teacher training course. Kevin has found the influences of the work to be applicable to every facet of life, and has been forever changed by the technique.

Today Kevin works with individuals, schools, and orchestras to share this transformative method and bring a fresh approach to their playing.
